2. General Terms

  • By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Neon Theatres.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm a booking.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless specified under our cancellation policy.
  • Additional costs incurred during the event must be settled immediately.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 3ย days or more before the slot timings are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 24 hours before the event.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Guests must adhere to Indian laws and theatre policies.
  • Smoking, illegal substances, and outside foods will be.
  • Neon Theatres reserves the right to remove disruptive individuals.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Neon Theatres is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • We are not liable for any injuries or accidents during or after the event.

7. Intellectual Property
